
PUCT has received so many emails that they set up an official docket page for each line. Have your comments ready that you want to share with the PUCT in a document so that you can upload it at the end of the process laid out below. You are given 20 minutes to go through this process but it takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Your comments will go on public record. If you have questions, call the PUCT at 512-936-7374 for assistance.
1) - Go to www.puc.texas.gov
2) - In the menu bar across the top, select "Fillings".
3) - Under "Fillings", select the top left option "Interchange Filer".
4) - Under "Get Started", click "Begin".
5) - In the box labeled "Enter a valid Control Number for this filing", you must enter a Control Number (also called a Docket Number) which references a particular project. There have been 5 Control Numbers assigned to each project line - pick the Control Number relevant to your concern.
58561 - "Dinosaur to Longshore"
58560 - "Longshore to Drill Hole"
58559 - "Bell East to Big Hill"
58560 - "Big Hill to Sand Lake"
58545 - "Howard to Solstice"
6) - Do Not check either of the two boxes underneath the box where you enter one of the valid Control Numbers. Then click "Next".

7) - Fill in your contact info and click the "Save Contact Information"
8) - Click "Next" at the bottom of the page
9) - Enter Filing Party Name (your name if you are filing the comment).
10) - Skip Filing Type as it is prefilled
11) - Enter "Filing Description" such as "Rate Payer", "Landowner", Non Landowner", "Environmentalist", "Protestor", or "Opposition Statement"
12) Click "Next" at the bottom of the page






13) - Click "Add Files" and upload your letter reflecting your concerns
14) - Click "Next"
15) - "Almost Done" appears - Summary info showing your progress. Click "I'm not a robot" at the bottom to verify you are not a scammer.
16) - Click "Submit" and you are filed!




You can return to home page and see who has filed on your selected Control Number and what they said.
Go back to the main menu page for Filings,
- select Filings Search at top of far-right column, and
- select Electric at the dropdown for Utility Type and
- enter the Control Number in the box underneath titled Control Number and then
- click Search at the bottom of the page.
Send these instructions to everyone you know and get them to fill it out!
Even if it is not on your land, we can ALL complain about our electric bills since TEXAN RATEPAYERS PAY for this, lack of security, harm to humans and animals, and damage to our environment and wildlife.

Donate: Your financial support allows us to continue our educational outreach and advocacy efforts. Tell us which county you live in being impacted, and we will run Facebook ads for $5 per day telling people what is happening and where to go learn the facts and encourage them to be vocal.
Volunteer: Join us in organizing local events or contributing content to our website.
Spread the word: Share the mission with your friends, family, and social media networks to help us reach more people.
Together, we can make a difference and ensure that the Edwards Plateau remains a thriving, vibrant part of Texas for generations to come.
